Return & Refund Policy (SwaD Swamini)
SwaD Swamini mein humara sabse bada dhyan aapko taaze, swadisht, aur high-quality snacks dene par hota hai. Kyunki hum khaane-peene ki cheezein (perishable food items) bechte hain, isliye humari Return & Refund Policy thodi alag hai.
Kripya dhyan de: Ek baar bik chuke products wapas nahi liye jaate (No returns or exchanges are accepted for delivered edible products).
1. Refund Ke Liye Yogya (Eligible for Refund) Mamle:
Hum refund sirf neeche diye gaye mamlon mein hi dete hain, jab aapka nuksaan hamari galti se hua ho:

Product Kharaab/Spoiled Hua Mila | Agar product delivery ke waqt kharab/basi ho chuka ho ya usmein mold (phaphundi) ho. |
Galat Product Ki Delivery | Agar aapne Thekua order kiya aur aapko Gujiya mil gayi ho. |
Tooti Hui/Damage Packaging | Agar product ki packaging itni tooti hui ho ki product bahar gir gaya ho ya khane layak na bacha ho. |
Product Mila Hi Nahi | Agar order track karne par pata chale ki order kho gaya hai aur aapko delivery nahi mili hai. |
2. Refund Ka Daawa Kaise Karein (How to Claim a Refund):
Agar aapka mamla upar diye gaye sharton ko poora karta hai, toh refund ke liye neeche diye gaye kadam uthayein:

Turant Humein Inform Karein: Product milne ke 24 ghanton ke andar humein email ya WhatsApp ke zariye jaankari dein.

Photos Zaroori Hain: Apne email mein kharab/galat product aur uski packaging ki saaf photo zaroor bhejein. Bina photo ke refund process nahi ho payega.

Order Details: Apne Order Number aur apni contact details dena na bhulein.
Hum aapki jaankari check karenge. Agar aapka daawa sahi paya jata hai, toh hum aapko 3-5 working days mein refund bhej denge. Refund ki rashi (amount) aapki original payment method mein credit kar di jayegi.
3. Refund Ke Liye Ayogya (Not Eligible for Refund) Mamle:
Refund in mamlon mein nahi diya jayega:

Taste Pasand Nahi Aaya: Agar product ka swaad aapki umeed ke anusaar nahi hai.

Late Inform Karna: Agar aapne delivery ke 24 ghanton ke baad humein jaankari di.

Delivery Delay: Agar order delivery company ki vajah se thoda late hua ho.

Galat Address: Agar customer ne galat ya adhura address diya, aur order deliver nahi ho paya.
